Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service or product, please contact us within the windows below and we will work toward a fair resolution.
2. Consulting & Strategy Sessions
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund or no-cost reschedule.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are 50% refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- If the session was not delivered as agreed, contact us within 7 days for a full refund or replacement session.
3. Digital Products (Ebooks, Guides, Courses)
Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed, in line with industry standards. If you believe the product is defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase.
4. Physical Books
Physical books may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the book arrived damaged or defective.
5. Vending Service Calls & Notary Services
Service calls and notary appointments completed on-site are non-refundable. If service was not performed, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email info@ahmadrkenan.com or use the Contact pagewith your order details, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund. We respond within 2 business days.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Stripe handles all card refunds securely.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that order.
